Do Not Apologize is less of a slogan and more of an agreement.
Over the past five years, Blue Benders have figured out who they are; on stage, in the studio, and somewhere in between. This release captures that. It builds on what they already love - rock with grit, blues with weight, soul with warmth, pop with sharp instincts.

D.N.A. feels like a reflection of both their shared chemistry and their individual influences. Nothing forced. Nothing dressed up to impress. Just songs that move between love, doubt, connection, and the pressure of the world around them.

Strike One - 2023
Strike One is the debut EP of the Blue Benders and it features four original songs, all recorded live at Immersive Studios in Stockholm.
These four songs are the first originals written by the band, and were created, molded and fine tuned on the live stage.
Lifting friendship, love and struggle the songs on the EP get straight to the point, whilst housing many different flavors.
By pushing the boundaries of blues as a genre, the EP highlights the bands many influences. This creates a playful and open musical landscape for the band and the audience to explore. Acting as a sample, Strike one gives listeners a taste of what’s to come.
